2010 Outing Program & Policies
Bel-Country Club would like to invite our friends and neighbors to enjoy their company or group outing at the best kept secret in Northern Illinois. Bel-Mar, a private golf and social club, provides a country club atmosphere at affordable prices. The following pages outline our outing program that we are pleased to offer to the public. All groups are treated to the same outstanding customer service extended to our members and guests. Any of the options offered here are able to be custom fit to your needs. Golf
Price includes greens fee, cart fees and professional service, distribution and collection of hole prizes, cart staging and bag drop service.
Fees – 18 Hole Outings
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
- 20-40 players - $47
- 40 or more - $42
Weekday
Fees – 9 Hole Outings
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
- 20-40 players - $26
- 40 or more - $22
Weekday
Shotgun starts available on weekends for groups of 50 or more.
Security Deposit
All outings will require a security deposit. The security deposit for an outing up to 40 golfers will be $150 and the security deposit for an outing over 40 golfers will be $300.
Cancellation Policy
Complete cancellation must be made no less than four (4) days prior to the outing. Failure to provide four (4) days notice will result in failure of the security deposit. Please allow up to three (3) weeks to process and send a check to you.
Rain, cold or generally lousy weather conditions are not grounds for cancellation. If the course is open, you are expected to play. If conditions are dangerous, unplayable or the superintendent has closed the course, we will work with you to re-schedule your event. If an alternate date can’t be agreed upon a refund may be issued.
All fees must be paid in full on the date of the outing.

Drink Tickets
Drink tickets can be issued to be redeemed for any style of beverage. The value of the ticket will be determined by the type of beverage.
Beverage Cart
Beverage carts are available at no extra charge. There is a choice of cash or tab for payment.
Outside Bar
There is a pavilion located in the middle of the course that can have self-serve beer barrels or be set up with a bar and bartender. There is no additional charge to set up the self-serve barrels. A bar and bartender service requires a $200 drink minimum.
All beverages on the golf course must be purchased from Bel-Mar Country Club. Only alcoholic beverages purchased at Bel-Mar CC may be consumed on the premises. Violation of these restrictions may jeopardize the outing and the possibility of any refund.

All beverage purchases are subject to 18% gratuity and 6.75% sales tax.
Rules and Regulations
1. Proper golf attire is required including collared shirts. No tank tops, tee shirts, ripped or torn golfing.
2. No metal spikes.
3. All golfers must have their own set of clubs and bag.
4. No unacceptable behavior will be tolerated on the golf course, if necessary you will be asked to leave.
5. You are responsible for any damage to golf cart that occurs while it is being used by you.
6. No alcoholic beverages or cooler permitted on the course property, unless purchased through Bel-Mar Country Club.
7. Practice course etiquette. Repair ball marks, replace divots and rake all bunkers. Leave the course in the condition you found it, as a courtesy to the next player.
